JT Automatisation ("we") is a sole proprietorship registered in Quebec (NEQ 2282380007), operated by Josianne. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site and our products, including NotiRx, and how we handle it.
2. Information we collect
We only collect information you provide voluntarily:
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), phone (optional), and your message.
- Pharmacy sign-up form (NotiRx page): name, pharmacy name, city, email, phone (optional), number of locations, and message (optional).
3. How we use it
This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, follow up about the NotiRx pilot program, or support an active engagement. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Sub-processors and tools used
To run these forms, we use the following providers, which may process your information on our behalf:
- Formspree — secure receipt of form submissions.
- Zapier / Make — automated transfer of submissions into our internal tracking list.
- Google Sheets / Airtable — storage of the pharmacy interest list and contact inquiries.
JT Automatisation's products, including NotiRx, are designed to host end-user (patient) data on servers located in Canada.
5. Law 25 compliance
JT Automatisation is committed to complying with Quebec's Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25). You have the right at any time to:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your personal information;
- withdraw your consent to be contacted.
6. Data retention
Information submitted through our forms is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request or follow up on the NotiRx pilot program, unless otherwise agreed as part of an active engagement.
7. Cookies
This site does not use any advertising or tracking cookies. No consent banner is required, since no browsing data is collected for tracking purposes.
